Our nature is desire, our nature is play, and pleasure is the unification of the two, weaving and winding into an everlasting flow of goodness, greatness, and power. To accept this power is to shed the impositions, the false narratives that have plagued our systems, forcing us into obedience and complacency. Allowing ourselves to hold pleasure in its rightful place within us, without shame and instead with love and curiosity, opens our souls to the infinity that's within all of us.

Connection to our physical vessel.
Our body is a clear indicator of what and how we feel. The more we spend time with it, the more capable we become of translating its messages. We develop an awareness of its cues, its signals, and its intuition, and through this, can trust it will guide us with grace.

The experimentation and exploration of movement. Dance is an ancient tradition. It holds the power to heal and serves as a direct route to internal transformation. It is a language of its own, a language beyond that of spoken word, a connector of souls. It is instinctual, spiritual, and a sacred act of revolution.

The shedding of layers we carry with us to reveal the natural human underneath. This is my role, and an invitation to witness my body in its freedom as I have surrendered to my inner sensuality. It is self-acceptance, self-love, and presence in every moment.
